CEO Overview

Kendra Tanner is the President and CEO of Allstates WorldCargo, a freight forwarding company that that has been a Clarendon Capital platform investment since May 2020. Ms. Tanner has an MBA Degree in Business Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and has worked in the transportation and logistics industry for over thirty-five years.

Ms. Tanner began her transportation career with Consolidated Freightways in 1988 in various sales, operations, and management positions until 2000. Prior to joining Allstates in 2002, she was a General Manger at Exel Global Logistics, a subsidiary of DHL. She is also a shareholder and board member for Allstates WorldCargo. In 2019, Ms. Tanner positioned Allstates WorldCargo for sale in 2019 and worked and selected Clarendon as an investment partner. Since Clarendon’s investment, Ms. Tanner and her team have successfully completed two acquisitions, which have produced double-digit profit growth on a percentage basis. She is active in her community and participates in industry organizations as a member and a board member of the Airforwarders Association. She has experience and expertise in financial planning, sales and operational performance, and regulatory compliance with government agencies such as U. S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and the Department of Transportation (DOT). Ms. Tanner also successfully positioned Allstates WorldCargo to become Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) certified, which is a voluntary program led by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. In conjunction with other members of her executive leadership 2 of 2 tea, she leads the Board of Directors’ meetings and Ms. Tanner has developed and executed successful strategy to grow the business alongside Clarendon and has created significant value over her tenure as CEO.
